PRECISION IN ADDITIVES
The module supplies any desired amount of liquid to a crate of larvae. Dosing portion are infinitely adjustable and the module is able to supply every individual crate with a different amount of liquid. The liquid is evenly spread throughout the complete crate, creating a homogeneous moisture content of the growing substrate. Additives, like vitamins, can be supplied to the liquid by the module by means of a dosing pump. The amount of water and additives dosed to every crate are measured and stored, enabling growers to gain valuable insights of their processes. The module can work either fully automated or with manual settings, exactly fitting the size and desires of a grower. An automated cleaning program will prevent buildup of biofilm and guarantee a clean and convenient moisturizing process.
