VDL INSECT SOLID FEED DOSING MODULE

Solid Feed as a source of moisture. This is used in some stages of the mealworm lifecycle as the larvae may need a more delicate way of getting their moisture. The VDL Solid Feed Dosing Module enables mealworm growers to fully control the solid feed given throughout the growing process.

CORRECT PORTION PER CRATE
The dosing mechanism ensures that the portion will be spread in the crate while passing by. This results in the accurate amount of feed given per crate, and an optimum spread throughout the whole growing surface. The operator has total control of the portion sizes of which the output is controlled and monitored by the system. The system can be controlled by manual settings or full automation.
