DESIRED DOSING PER CRATE
The Mash Feed Dosing module can handle a wide range of substrate characteristics, e.g. viscosity, moisture content and particle size. For each recipe, a pre-set program can be saved to have immediate access to the right process parameters. The scalable, modular concept makes it easy to compose a system that matches to the size of your operation perfectly, within the desired dosing time and on the go. In between dosing of two portions, quick changes to the dosing parameters can be made by the operator to adapt to slight changes in the substrate. By use of multiple, parallel cylinders, high volumes can be dosed in a short time. Therefore the Mash Feed Dosing module will not be the bottle neck in your operation.
